AC-05-01CX Compression platens

BiSS compression platen are made of hardened steel for long life and minimal wear. Concentric rings etched on the surface help centering the specimen and inhibiting slide without affecting the test. These compression platen rest on a spherical seating which ensures alignment to the specimen. Platen are available for maximum specimen diameter from 60 mm to 300 mm. High temperature compression platens rated for 1000 deg.C operations available.
